Guys, does anyone know about challenges?

I started a new character recently and it was talking about playlists, and it was saying that you can create playlists and challenge other crews to complete them.

I don't know much about this mechanic, but couldd be an interesting way to get some riendly rivalry going between other crews.  Thoughts?
