What effect on the game does killing or not killing Michael's Therapist?

Don't know about Michaels Therapist, but yes, there is only one strip club.

SauteUrFace:
I normally play the good karma route when given the choice but in the case of the therapist, the guy was a pompous **** during every session. He needed to be spit upon. Anyway whether you kill him or not, most people find on the in game internet, that he dies regardless.

I tried to kill him so badly, but he was just too fast  :'(
