Title: Need help farming or grinding ... ?

I'm one of those weirdos that find it fun to do 10 Boneyard Survivals one after another or race around the prison for hours  ::)   

My play hours are usually in the 5PM - 9 PM GMT interval during weekdays and random during weekends.

We farm like crazy farmers with plows and all bro' haha! For the race-part I recommend this thread: http://spittingllamas.createaforum.com/gta-online/race-boosting/ - The forum is beginning to be more active, so expect this to be a place to find farmers like yourself :D
