GTA Online / Re: Spitting Llamas on facebook

Option was added after I voted. I'm in favor of a group page but not as a means to replace skype for messaging. Even with its delay at times I feel skype works better than FB chat. Also, I don't run the FB app on my phone cause its shite and I don't like it going off with every notification. I do like the skype app on my phone though when I'm not near the PC.

GTA Online / Re: Crew Color!

Like Phil, I'm a huge fan of orange/black and orange/blue combos. It is what caught my eye initially when browsing the crew pages looking for a crew, saw the logo/crew colors and thought "well those fit my cars quite nicely".

Ugh, I can't do this. Good news/bad news for me is that this will probably be so fun, there will be another one.

That is a shame, if all goes well and there is enough interest we'll certainly do another.

Hey guys I'm new to the site, but I'm 'fairly' experienced at video editing with a smallish youtube channel, if anyone has any questions about basics/getting started I'd be happy to help :)

Glad to have you! You might give an idea of what software you use or recommend people use. I have a very basic (re: not very good) understanding of vegas and after effects but not well enough to produce anything of quality.

Tough night on the predictions, DNMJ and Dastelphani are wild card toss ups, both are capable of top 4 or greater finishes

I'm game

Llamas' Content / Large, very detailed map of the island.

You may or may not find this useful. If you're like me and trying to plot out your next race path or DM murder zone while not in the game then it should prove really useful.

Hell even in game with how good the creator is I find that it is not that great at giving me an overview of the the time you zoom out far enough (which is sloooowwww) to see everything you can barely make out the details. Anyhow, the pic linked below is huge, and you can CTRL + (no clue what the mac command is) and zoom in a great deal more while retaining details (CTRL - zooms back out).

Full Throttle:

11 miles of who can hold the highest speed. Some tight lane changes and transitions. If you play with traffic, I feel sorry for you son, I got 99 problems but traffic ain't one ;)
This race is long, roughly 6min with a supercar but is also a high reward race for the top 3 in both RP and cash.

Tongva Valley Day Trippin:

Lap race that takes you through the lower Tongva Valley along the creek bank before sending you back up around the moutain.

Events / The Most Dangerous Game (hunted event - Sat. Dec. 14)

Saturday, December 14th  9pm GMT

One person is "it" and does their best to find an obscure place on the map, releasing selfies of their location as the clue for the other players to hunt them down. Whomever kills the hunted person becomes it at that point. The hunted person gets a few minutes to clear out of the last spot, can't hunt them until their pic goes up for their location. As the event progresses if there are people that haven't become "it" we'll do it on a rotating basis so everyone gets a chance to be hunted.

Snapmatic can be slow when viewing from the crew page so linking your personal page via skype will be preferred so everyone can see the pic. A few of us did this the other night and had a blast. Without the HUD or radar it really becomes an cooperative effort to find the hunted person. Knowing your way around SA is pretty crucial as it helps recognize landmarks. Only limit is your creativity in a hiding spot, if one person remains it for a prolonged period more hints will be needed to help the hunters. As the event progresses if there are people that haven't become "it" we'll do it on a rotating basis so everyone gets a shot at being it.

HUD off
Radar off
No map peaking
Don't kill each other (those hunting)
Be in Skype chat
If you get the cops called on you, call Lester or kill yourself
There is no way we can enforce some of the rules so its all honor based. Using maps/hud/radar makes it too easy so play fair and have fun.

This being the first time that we're trying this type of event, we're unsure of where the sweet spot of players would be so its going to be open for a full lobby. Future events may see that scaled back if 16 proves to be unbalanced. Would also like feedback and suggestions, we put this together on the fly as four of us were playing a few nights ago.

Keep the ideas coming guys!

Small/simple idea: series of videos that involve a bunch of random things. Between each segment, a very quick "tv fuzz" flashes to separate things. This way we can have many videos which don't necessarily fit into any specific category

Like Robot Chicken, I like it!

If you're going for the clear 5 in one GTA day achievement, I would recommend doing it in an invite only session so you can avoid dbags interfering.  If you going for most kills, you'll naturally need some people to attack with you.

Content creator and thread for updates

Not hot linking this image cause it is large and will blow out the margins of the forum unless you're browsing the web on your tv :)
